He tried  Aikido, Kung Fu, Jeet Kun Do, Kickboxing, Taikwondo, Lau Gar, Shotokan, Wado Ryu, Judo, Shaolin Kung Fu and Krav Maga.  Although Mark enjoyed these styles emmensley, his heart belonged to Karate, especially his original style of Kyokushin.  . Mark has been teaching for other clubs for 21 years, including being Assistant Coach  for Greenwich Karate Squad in 2006 and his step-daughter was awarded “Spirit of the  Games” trophy by Greenwich Council.  In September 2007, Sensei Mark set up his own club under the guidance of the I.K.K.  (International Karate Kyokushin Association), which has helped him to do many exciting  things, such as Waterfall Training, Beach Traning, Displays and Summer Camp.  Mark is eager to encourage children and adults to get involved in Karate, whether is for  fun, excercise or self-defence. There are so many things to be gained from Karate,  including confidence, discipline, achievement and a sense of belonging.  We are a family ran club that are very proud of our multi cultural diversity and even  prouder of the unity and support spirit within the club.  Sensei Mark Chambers
